Your diagnostic quiz results are available on the Dashboard after completing the quiz. You can also access them via the link sent to your email. The results include a detailed breakdown of your performance by topic, difficulty level, and question type. This helps you identify strengths and areas for improvement.

To reset your password, go to the Login Page and click "Forgot Password?". Follow the instructions sent to your email. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@rntestpro.com.

For support, email support@rntestpro.com or visit our Support Page. Our team typically responds within 24 hours. For urgent issues, include "URGENT" in the subject line.

Update your study plan from the Dashboard or Study Plan Page. You can adjust the difficulty level, focus areas, and study duration based on your performance in quizzes.

To reset your quiz progress, navigate to the Dashboard and locate the quiz you want to reset. Click the "Reset Progress" button next to the quiz. This will clear your previous answers and allow you to retake the quiz from scratch.Note: Resetting progress will permanently delete your previous answers and results for that quiz. Use this feature if you want a fresh attempt.

After completing a diagnostic quiz, you'll receive a detailed report on the Dashboard. The report includes:

• Performance by Topic: Shows how you scored in each NCLEX category (e.g., Pharmacology, Fundamentals).
• Difficulty Analysis: Indicates how you performed on easy, medium, and hard questions.
• Question Type Breakdown: Highlights your accuracy on multiple-choice, SATA (Select All That Apply), and NGN (Next Generation NCLEX) questions.
• Recommendations: Suggests focused study areas and links to relevant resources.

RN Test Pro automatically adjusts your study plan based on quiz performance. However, you can manually customize it:

• Go to the Study Plan Page.
• Select "Customize Plan" to adjust focus areas, difficulty, and study duration.
• Use the diagnostic quiz results to prioritize weak topics.
• Set daily or weekly study goals and track progress on the Dashboard.

Yes! You can retake any quiz to improve your score. Navigate to the Quiz Page and select the quiz you want to retake.Note: Your previous score will be saved, but you can track improvements over time on the Dashboard.

Adaptive practice tailors questions to your performance. If you answer a question correctly, the platform will present a slightly harder question next. If you answer incorrectly, it will provide a simpler question or additional explanations. This ensures you spend more time on topics that need improvement while reinforcing strengths. You can enable or disable adaptive practice in your Dashboard settings.

If you encounter technical issues during a quiz:

• Refresh the page and try again.
• Ensure your internet connection is stable.
• Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
