By accessing or using RN Test Pro (the "Service") at rntestpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RN Test Pro is an online NCLEX-RN test preparation platform that provides:

  • Practice questions and quizzes
  • Detailed rationales and explanations
  • Performance tracking and analytics
  • Study tools and resources

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to 50 practice questions. No payment is required.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide full access to all questions and features. Current pricing:

  • 1 Month: $49 (one-time payment, 30 days access)
  • 2 Months: $89 (one-time payment, 60 days access)
  • 4 Months: $149 (one-time payment, 120 days access)

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss your options.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without permission
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RN Test Pro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: RN Test Pro is a study aid and practice resource. We do NOT guarantee:

  • That you will pass the NCLEX-RN exam
  • That our questions are identical to actual NCLEX questions
  • Any specific outcome from using our Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RN Test Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RN Test Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RN Test Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
