Your progress is automatically tracked in the Dashboard. You can view your quiz results, study plan completion, and performance trends over time.
How do I access my diagnostic quiz results?
Your diagnostic quiz results are available on the Dashboard after you complete the quiz. They include a detailed breakdown of your performance by topic, difficulty level, and question type so you can identify strengths and areas for improvement.
How do I interpret my diagnostic quiz results?
Your diagnostic report breaks down Performance by Topic (how you scored in each NCLEX category), Difficulty Analysis (easy, medium, and hard), a Question Type Breakdown (multiple-choice, SATA, and NGN accuracy), and Recommendations (focused study areas with links to resources). Use it to customize your study plan and target weak areas.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Follow the instructions sent to your email. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@rntestpro.com.
How do I reset my quiz progress?
On the Dashboard, locate the quiz you want to reset and click "Reset Progress". Note: resetting permanently deletes your previous answers and results for that quiz, letting you retake it from scratch.
Can I change or customize my study plan?
Yes. RN Test Pro adjusts your plan automatically, but you can customize it on the Study Plan page: select "Customize Plan" to adjust focus areas, difficulty, and duration, use your diagnostic results to prioritize weak topics, and set daily or weekly goals tracked on the Dashboard.
Can I retake a quiz if I'm not satisfied with my score?
Yes. You can retake any quiz to improve your score. Your previous score is saved, so you can track improvement over time on the Dashboard.
How does adaptive practice work?
Adaptive practice tailors questions to your performance: answer correctly and the next question is slightly harder; answer incorrectly and it eases off or adds explanations. This focuses your time on the topics that need work while reinforcing your strengths.
What should I do if I encounter a technical issue?
First, try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. If the issue persists, email our support team at support@rntestpro.com with details and screenshots.
